This joint seemed to fail over the last year. Is it really that bad. It is still on the top 10 list.
I went there with high expectations and I was shocked when I experienced their service and food.
service 2/5 : didn't feel like asking anything more from waiters taste : 1/5 : have tasted way better fish and crabs from smaller joints value for money : 1/5 : portions are small and over expensive. not much of a selection. chance of recommending the place : 0/5
if you need to dine in a better seafood place, please find some other place.
An award for portion size and quality should go to this joint which was minuscule. Very slow service and not to mention the all low ambiance the place gives out.
Really disappointed about the food and service. Went their last week only to get some shitty food and shitty service. When I went their couple of years ago it was really nice, but now it is more like a restaurant done by government
Used to be a good place…not any more…went last week…really disappointed about the service and the food. All they had was prawns, ordinary crabs and mullet (yes I’m not kidding). I couldn’t believe that they had crabs but they only serve devilled crabs. In the menu there are many dishes with crabs (baked crabs, boiled crabs, crab soup) which they say not available. Asked them to bring water. One guy came and kept 1 water bottle on the table and went. (We had 8 ppl). Throughout the stay everybody felt we are disturbing them by coming there for a meal. Not only us, I heard a few others who were there talking how terrible the place is now… Really disappointed…
Absolute crap. Hygiene very questionable. Choice of let's say size of crab.? Cheapest from market. Will leave bad taste in mouths of foreigners compelled to visit by international traveler magazines that are very outdated.. Used to be good a long long time ago. There is NO air conditioning!
