This is the latest outlet, and the most modern. The food is as good as the original, and there is a lot more parking than the original restaurant. There is a little bit of ambiance, with little road noise, though it is on the main road. The Chinese Dragon Cafe is one of the oldest and most respected restaurant in Sri Lanka.

try out their hot batter cuttle cuttle fish it was superb...And the food also moderate...
Awful, absolutely horrible service. If you're using delivery - they will not deliver on time, or get your details right. They say they'll deliver within 45 minutes, when you call them an hour later, they wouldn't even have dispatched the order. Hour and a half later, when you call, they tell you it will still get delayed more! Ridiculous!
Not the first time they've delayed! So if you want timely delivery, or courteous service, look elsewhere!
Food isn't particularly Chinese or great either!
A dark hall, a bit overpriced and it gets on my nerve that the prices dont include the customer service, so at the end you pay more. The staff is overly-scary-friendly, so you dont really buy it. The food is good, but all in all id say too much cash for that kind of service!
This place was a true family restaurant since they dont serve liquor. But lately local politicians/thugs, have taken over. Yesterday at-round 8.30pm we saw an innocent family was chased away by a thug who was consuming liquor (outside car park area). Their children were in tears.The security people were helpless.when we inquired the steward said the thug is a local politician by the name of Sura Jayasooriya. Please make arrangements to stop this. as we are scared to come there now.
