Glassé has a new-age Japanese inspired menu, which has been complied by our Chef de Cuisine, who has been trained and worked at NOBU, DUBAI for the last ten years. The dinning experience at Glassé is progressively unique for Sri Lanka as it allows the patron to have the best of both worlds- gastronomic satisfaction in a trendy lounge/club environment.
The cocktail menu has been tailor made especially for Glassé, sporting an eclectic selection to suit different personalities, palates and preferences.
