the shredded crispy lamb and the scallop and prawn with the sweet and sour sauce is a must have. All dishes best served with plain egg fried rice (ask them to drop the vegetables). All in all nice location, great food and fine ambiance. In terms of 5 star Chinese though, it still lags behind The Wok at the Hilton and the Long Feng at the Lakeside.

With a fuss on fusion cuisine, Chinese dragon offers the best of Chinese dining with an accent on Asian flavours. This restaurant ,which brings a touch of Chinese tranquility to the bustle of the city ,strikes the right balance between place and palate to providing a dining experience that we are unlikely to forget. New menu, authentic Chinese master chef in residence, assisted by two others when visited last. This is a fine Chinese restaurant, which can do 'authentic' Cantonese (from Guangzhou) if required. The Sichuan (Szechuan) dishes are marked with a chillie according to how hot they are. Seats 120, with a private dining room which seats 12. Sadly, the excellent value Yum Cha lunch was a promotion, and is no longer served. The new menu re-launched on 24 November 2010 has overpriced Dim Sum which does not compensate.
