AWFUL AWFUL DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today I ordered, dinner worth of 3000 from Steam Boat Moratuwa. We placed the order at 7.30pm and were informed delivery will take 1 1/4 hrs, which we agreed. Yet the dinner did not delivered until 9.45pm. We kept on calling, but whoever answered the phone keep on ignoring saying "we will check and let you know"and hung up even before the conversation is over. He did this 3 times. This is really disappointing. I will never order steam boat ever, but i still choose to dine in since i really like its food. Please improve the delivery customer services, with out further disappointing customers. If steam boat can't manage the delivery service then cancel it. Because we wasted a lot of time.
