The staff and manager here are horrible. My credit card did not work with their machine, and the first thing the manager did was to cancel the order. Then one of their staff came over and told me that the machine was fine and my card was “not working”. I called the bank immediately, and put the manager on the phone. The bank pointed out their issue, but the manager refused to acknowledge or fix it, saying he was too busy. I left there and went to Cioconat Lounge, where my card worked perfectly. After my meal, I returned to this place and told them that there was no issue with my card, and their machine was faulty. Then the manager spoke to me very rudely, and asked me to leave the place. I have not been subjected to such rude and humiliating treatment anywhere.

I understand there can be small “hitches” like this at any place, but it is the way the staff deal with them which is important. The manager just acted like an arrogant a**hole, without bothering to at least try to solve the problem.
