I was went to your Nugegoda outlet on 12th of April and purchase a cake worth Rs.1480 for New year celebrations but when we getting it to new year table we found that the cake was not up to the standards of your cakes which i had purchase already. I was called your hot line number and the person who answered promise to give another cake when we returned it but when we reached there the incident was happened cannot be encourage since the person in that outlet scold on us and said he can not return another cake and said do whatever you can (Said thamuseta puluwan deyak karapan) So is that the way your people treating your customers? Bad quality cakes, Bad way of communication, Not knowing how to talk to their clients, Ruined our new year time

'm a regular customer who bought breakfast daily from Divine Pelawatta. Once i ordered 4 types of bun and i was given the complete opposite of what i ordered. I went back immediately and they apologized and exchanged. This morning i had ordered for a chicken submarine and i get a pastry. Not even 2 minutes and they say they won't exchange it and the person in charge say he doesn't care.

We ordered cake from Divine Cakes Kollupitiya for my nephew's birthday! We wanted a Cars cake and it was not bad. but it didn't look like what we saw on the picture they showed before. But the quality and service was great! Like them!
