REALLY DISAPPOINTING !!!

went with one of our Swedish office colleague for lunch today, i don’t know how TGIF always manage to hire dick head manager who think we are there to eat for free. when we ask whether upstairs is available,simply because only available space was at bar and smoking area, bloody arrogant manager said NO,THAT’S CLOSED!. Is it being polite is a matter to be ashamed ? Even my colleague was asking is it how usually Sri Lankan restaurant managers act ? People come there to receive the good friendly service as well as tasty food. But the manager who was on duty sucks !!!!
