New menu, authentic Chinese master chef in residence, assisted by two others when visited last. This is a fine Chinese restaurant, which can do 'authentic' Cantonese (from Guangzhou) if required. The Sichuan (Szechuan) dishes are marked with a chillie according to how hot they are. Seats 120, with a private dining room which seats 12. Sadly, the excellent value Yum Cha lunch was a promotion, and is no longer served. The new menu re-launched on 24 November 2010 has overpriced Dim Sum which does not compensate.
