Restaurant Information

Serving Cuisines: South Indian, Pure Vegetarian

Today: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM

Price Range Approx Rs. 1,500 for two people.

Easily the best vegetarian restaurant in town, with huge paper dosais and several authentic South Indian vegetarian dishes, some of which are out of the ordinary. This is frequented by most of the Indian expatriates in the vicinity for business and with family, so it has to be the real thing. Prices are very reasonable, and the food is exceptionally tasty.

Basically an OK place. Food is good, but not great ( a pity when it very well could be) Service, again, is mediocre. I don't mean it's bad. It's not bad at all. They are very friendly and accommodating, but they also do not go that extra mile to make the customer feel special. Prices are reasonable. You get what you pay for.

This restaurant was the best few years back, when there were no choice for a pure decent vegetarian restaurant in town, now I don't think, I can't even give a three star, especially the service and the don't care attitude, totally a bullshit management. If they don't maintain the quality of service, soon there will be luxury apartment or a store instead of a pure vegetarian restaurant in this place)))

A great place for a family dinner, nice homely environment, good Indian food,

The starters have some Indian street food which i haven't seen anywhere else, the dry chili paneer is a must have goes well with the butter naan, price is mid-range.

Great place, will visit again

the food was actually too good.,...unfortunately not the one we ordered for..the servers are too lame... many managing many tables...and difficult to identify to whom we gave the orders.. we ordered for ghee masal dhosai..but we got panneer masala or something which was luckily better than that of we actually ordered.. also ordered for 2 wasnt able to be delivered till we leave the restaurant... when inquired about the milo, he said i wasnt the one who took the order..very poor service from the staffs...they dont attend to the customers properly.. but food was good.. chilly parota was rather awsome. very silent and pleasing ambient.. had a great time...i would give 5 stars if staffs take measures to improve their services...

Nice ambience. The paneer and most dishes are good. Panneer tikka masala and butter naan is the best choice. but the service is bit slow!

Exquisite food. If you go there, you MUST have their uludu wade. It's the best I've had in Sri Lanka. They close at 10, and don't take people after ten. Moderately expensive.

They have some stupid staff in place who doesn't respond to customers.

Overall this is a good restaurant for vegetarian food items. but I don't like the way they structured the menu.

The waiters are good and friendly and remembers you the next time you visit. which is a good sign.

But the quality of food seems to be going down over the time.

Prices are fair and ok.
